Info Post

It’s not that the Jonas Brothers–you know, the interim boy band post-BSB/N’ Sync and pre-One Direction and the Wanted–have been inactive. They’ve been quite busy. It’s just that they’ve been busy at questionable endeavors. The recording studio and the reality-TV studio are two very different levels of prestige, you know? Or if you think that comparison’s unfair, here’s another: The Voice > The Choice.

Fortunately for the Jonases, the entire world’s reporting on their reunion activities. It turns out, there are a lot of them! Here’s the rundown:

- The Jonas reunion proper, i.e. their concert, will take place Oct. 11 at Radio City Music Hall in New York. Kevin said it was the “only known concert” the band had this year, but Joe said they might show up on his show The Next.

- They’re already using the “we’re no longer like those teenage Jonas Brothers” line (Kevin, to Billboard.) Expect PG-13-related debauchery. You know the sort.

- They’re also talking about carefully cultivating/curating/harvesting/delicately threshing some new music for a potential new album. They’re a couple months in: not at the collaboration phase, probably at the “tossing around ideas and lyrics” phase. But that’s still a phase, right?

- As far as specifics, there’s this: ne song is called “Meet You in Paris.” You can hear it two ways: wait until Sunday to watch Married to Jonas (and get through the entire episode), or watch the preview below.
